Should be 18, stock is like 1.3 to 1.4 bar, each bar is 14.7ish PSI.

its not really a big deal if you put it in the newbie forum... thats the whole point of ot. Now if you posted in evo general then prepare for people to make you feel like a little christian school girl who learned the hard way about her .

I dont understand what you are saying about the boost taper. You want "like 22 all the way" ? Where did you come up with that number? I have an 8 with the 10.5 hotside, and I have been running 25 psi, tapering down to 20, for well over 100,000 miles on a stock block. So, no, it is not necessary. Do I WANT head studs? Sure do. -s

You'd be surprised how much power the stock head studs can take. Even at 30psi daily I have yet to lift the head. Seems the a real good way to make the head lift is get a bunch of knock going. I suppose there is some crazy cylinder pressure the head will lift at but I haven't reached it.

All mods are in sig
