Sold the STI for an EVO!
Hey everyone Im a former STI owner, after reading about numerous sti builds on iwsti and nasioc I came to the realization that it was going to take a ton of money to build an sti that can run with a mildly built Evo. I have always liked both cars and after doing the performance research I put the Sti back to stock and traded it in for my new Evo 9. Its great to be here.

Welcome. You came just in time. There are two new turbos for our cars that use the stock housing and will push your car close to 500whp on pump gas and stock engine. FP Red is one of them.
Once again welcome.

well your going to be happy either way. You have Junal and AMS and Devo Tuning who can tune their *** off. Kunal is the way to go if you ask me. He can do crazy things with Evo IX.

Have fun with the new evo! With just basic bolt-ons you can go into insane power levels on the IX.
Kunal tuned the **** out of my car, it pulls so hard and runs 0 counts of knock all the way through the whole power band, 24psi. Beautiful! Plus it's pretty inexpensive for a tune from him.

Nice purchase. How do you prefer the driving dynamics on the Evo compared to the STi? Having had a WRX myself, I was starting to list all of the suspension and chassis mods needed to get rid of that understeer! Good luck on your new build project!
