New Evo Owner
Heyyy i finally got my evo 9 MR. sold my 98 3000gt vr4 wanted to say hi to the community and ask if there is any TSB or any recall, etc... anything i should take the car to the dealer for.. thx

Only complaints I have about the evo is the paint which alot of owners hate. I think its only affected the evos with the single stage paint like wicked white on my 03. It chips so easily and scratches if u look at it wrong. Its not a recall or anything and the dealer will just offer to sell u a touch up pen which honestly doesn match worth a crap. All I can say is be careful with your keys around the locks if yours is one of those single stage paint jobs mitsu did to save them money and weight on the car lol

damn, really? I know there was a reason my 03 was looking like the paint was so bad. its driving me crazy! hopefully with tax return i can get it taken care of.
i thought it was just my evo though. like someone else used the wrongs towels or something to clean it.

To answer one of your questions, they tell me the six speed can't/don't handle high high power mods as well as the 5 speed. Something about adding a sixth gear, or something.
