EVO IV Oil type?

EVO IV Oil type?
Hi there this isn't my first post, but in my previous one I introduced my self and showed you guys the IV i was importing. It just arrived a few days ago and it has been a blast!
Now I have looked through some forums and manuals for the oil type. I have seen things such as 10W-30, 5W-30, 15W-40...
I live in Edmonton, Alberta and I will most likely be driving it a little bit in the winter(can get to -30-40 degrees celsius) which leads me to believe I will need a 5W or possibly a 10W. In the summer it can get to +30 celsius.
Any help on the this matter would be GREATLY appreciated.
