I know i know i know it'll never be an evo. im not tryin for that. i just want a vast improvement on an already good car. (looking for something original.) I think the best way to accomplish this is to put a 4G63t into her. Prob 1 is i have an automatic so i want the whole conversion. ive been able to find 4G63's from '88-'97 but i dont know if they will fit/work in an '02 ES. Prob 2 is the tranny, once again i have an auto i desire/crave/yearn for a manual, what donor vehicle could i use to get this. if anybody out there knows possible options for me, maybe better alternatives to the 4G63T please help me. Thought about starting over w/ a m/t OZ or something comparable but the value has depreciated sooooooo much on my ES (like 1/2) i cant. plus i really like the car. I have alot planned for her but i need to start w/ at least the tranny but would prefer the engine w/ it. I humble myself at your feet. let fourth your vast amont of combined knowledge to help a desperate man.
