Stage 2 4B11T Shortblock

Our stage 2 shortblock retains the factory crankshaft and connecting rod configuration and features Custom alloy sleeves for the ultimate in strength and durability! Various piston size options are available, supporting multiple displacements.

Cylinder Head Preparation



Stage 1 4B11T Cylinder Head Preparation

The MAP Stage 1 service is a great option for those looking to ensure that their cylinder head is in good working order and properly prepared for installation on a street or performance application. Please note there is no port work performed with this service.



Stage 3 4B11T Cylinder Head Port and Polishing Service

The MAP Stage 3 service porting & polishing service starts with cleaning up the casting flash in both the intake and exhaust ports, improving bowl to seat blending, and unifying all of the ports to ensure even flow to each cylinder. Then we take it one step further with additional shaping of the bowls for even more airflow. Combine this with our world class machine work and you've got what we feel is the absolute best street/strip cylinder head on the market!



Stage 5 4B11T Cylinder Head Port and Polishing Service

The MAP Stage 5 service improves upon our stage 3 cylinder head in several ways. We take the porting and polishing to another level through aggressive intake and exhaust work including our proprietary MAP “B” shaped exhaust port, improved bowl to seat blending including reshaping of the guide bosses, extensive reshaping and finishing of the combustion chambers, and unshrouding of the valves for improved flow. Proven to 1000+whp in 4g63 applications on both of our in house race cars we feel this is the best performing cylinder head on the market, period.

Evo X Billet Chain Tensioner by MAPerformance

Made from the best Billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the Evolution X chain guide has been machined to meet the factory guide specifications with tighter tolerances to reduce chain wobble at high RPM's. It also implements the factory wear strip and is a direct bolt-on for the 2008-2014 Evolution 10. This timing chain tensioner is the last piece of the puzzle you need for a higher revving Evo 10.

Wiseco Pistons 86.5mm 1400HD

CP Pistons 86.0mm Bore / 9.0 CR


CP pistons are compatible with oversized valves and high lift camshafts. Part numbers ending in a “X” are on a X-style forging for additional strength, durability and weight reduction. The X-style has a full radius dome design, high performance rings and light weight wrist pins. CP Pistons represent the highest quality and is engineered for maximum power.


Manley Platinum Series Piston Kit


Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge. 9310 alloy upgraded wrist pins are available.

Our 4B11T Evo X Ultimate Duty Connecting Rods utilize strong 7/16" ARP 2000 Rod Bolts, not the weaker 2/8" bolts everyone else uses, and are built to withstand more power than you'd know what to do with!


Manley I Beam Connecting Rods


Manley Performance manufactures the finest steel connecting rods in the Sport Compact industry. Our Pro Series "I" Beam is forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material. We utilize our proven "Turbo Tuff" design and add 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws. All rods are properly shot peened after machining and 100% magnafluxed.


Manley H Beam Connecting Rods


Manley "H" Beam connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by our original equipment customers. There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Competition Clutch Stage 2 Street Series 2100 Clutch Kit

This assembly provides up to 80% increase in torque capacity and is properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. The Brass Plus material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in highly recommended with this set-up. 300 ile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up.


Competition Clutch Stage 3 Street/Strip Series 2600 Clutch Kit


This segmented Ceramic material with a performance pressure plate will provide the ultimate in street and strip combinations. This assembly is suited for up to 150% increase in torque capacity. Provides quick but smooth engagement and extended life.


Competition Clutch Stage 4 Sprung Strip Series 1620 Clutch Kit


This assembly, available with a double spring, six rivet carriage is good for ease of gear transition with higher horsepower. This disc complimented by a performance pressure plate provides up to 250% increase in torque capacity. 300 mile break-in recommended with this set-up.


Competition Clutch Ultra Lightweight Steel Flywheel


The STU flywheel is recommended for forced induction and/or track and rally racing applications. This flywheel will work with ALL performance and stock clutch assemblies.


Competition Clutch MultiPlate Clutch Kit

After spending long hours and thousands of dollars building that high powered engine, you need a quality clutch that can properly transfer that power into motion. ACT recognizes that every driver and engine set-up is unique, so a variety of complete clutch kits and components are offered to match virtually any situation. ACT's complete clutch kits include a pressure plate, disc, release bearing, and (in most cases) a pilot bearing and alignment tool. ACT XACT Prolite Flywheel


ACT XACT flywheels in two versions, ProLite for road racing applications and very quick throttle response, and slightly heavier StreetLite for street and drag racing vehicles which may require more inertia. For example, the Integra ProLite weight 8.8lbs and the Integra StreetLite weights 12.5lbs. Both ProLite and Street Lite flywheels are precision made from Chrome-moly forgings and feature an induction hardened integral ring gear. All ProLite and StreetLite flywheels are CNC machined, heat treated for strength and precision balanced, Substantial material is left behind the clutch surface area for better heat dissipation and durability while weight savings is made where it matters the most for reduced inertia.


Quartermaster 8-Leg Street Clutch Kit


Drawing on an extensive, race-winning heritage, Quarter Master® designed the all new 7.25" Mitsubishi Evo Race Clutch to perform well in a broad range of Evo X racing platforms. The new clutch utilizes eight integral steel hardened legs to provide a much longer lifespan than one-piece aluminum covers where the floater and pressure plates have a tendency to wear into the drive legs. The 8-leg design also reduces stress on drive legs by 25 percent and creates a stiffer cover and smoother range on the diaphragm spring motion. A lower moment of inertia and gear drive friction design allow for quicker, smoother shifts. In addition, the gear drive clutch hub is located on the friction pack to enable easier transmission installation, much smoother and quicker shifting, improved input shaft wear and increased hub strength.

We have seen the stock plastic clutch master cylinder fail with upgraded clutches and/or spirited driving; Here is a solution that anyone should be able to install with basic hand tools from the comfort of your own garage.


Techna-Fit Clutch Line Kit


All of our clutch lines are single lines made of stainless steel braided hose with a variety of hose ends. The length of the hose and ends will vary for each specific application. Bolts and washers are included if required.
