Super Sport


Super Sport is our main flagship line of coilovers. Super Sport+


Super Sport+ coilover has all the features of the Super Sport+ but adds the benefit of a helper spring. The helper spring allows the shock piston to be placed in the optimal position within the shock body, increasing rebound stroke, and maximizing articulation on cars with minimum suspension travel.

Pro Comp


Pro Comp is our top of the line single way adjustable coilover. Pro Compfeatures industry leading large 60mm OD casing, which reduces rod pressure for consistent performance.The newly desgined "sensing" piston responsds with full damping capability within as little as 2mm of shaft movement. Instant reaction to changing road surface equals traction and comfort.

Pro Comp features inverted monotube (strut type) construction for consistent valving and to withstand high lateral forces of racing. Swift springs are made from H5S.TW which is stronger than regular silicone chrome material. Stronger materials allows for less coils, which makes them lighter, more consistent, and offer more stroke than any other springs brands.

Pro Comp features double reinforced lower bracket (strut type) to ensure minimal deflections during high lateral cornering. XR is a no compromise high performance coilover for those who seek the ease of single adjustable valving.

Pro Comp 2


Pro Comp2 is our top of the line coilover. The Pro Comp2 features 2-way adjustability, enabling the driver to fine tune compression separately from rebound. An external reservoir is connected to the damper using specially designed fittings that allow the line to swivel and disconnect for packaging and servicing convenience. An optional tool is also available to adjust the gas pressure to give the driver the ultimate adjustment control.

Consider these an insurance policy for your head gasket...

If you're looking to raise your boost level from factory settings but don't like the idea of lifting your cylinder head and replacing head gaskets frequently these are exactly what you need! These studs are manufactured specifically for us by A1 Technologies and utilize an 8740 chromoly material that is much stronger than the OEM head bolts. They are also provisioned with a hex broach on the top of the stud enabling you to install them with the cylinder head on the car if necessary.

What makes these head studs better than the competition?

The dog point feature (shown below) seats the stud in the block and preloads the fastener for an accurate and repeatable torque sequence. We also include the new ARP Ultra Torque assembly lubricant with each set. When it comes to head stud performance properly torquing the studs is paramount and we have made every effort to ensure torque precision and repeatability!





Torque Specs

Installed with torque plate: 95 ft/lb
Installed without torque plate: 85 ft/lb

Installation Notes

We recommend installing these studs into the block dry (no oil or moly lube on the block side) and hand tighten with an allen wrench. Use the provided moly lube on the nut side of the stud and follow the OEM torque sequence until you reach a final torque of 85 ft/lbs.

If you're looking to make big power (proven over 1000+whp) but don't like the idea of lifting your cylinder head and replacing head gaskets frequently these are exactly what you need! These studs are manufactured specifically for us by A1 Technologies and utilize an H11 material that is much stronger than the typical 8740 chromoly and yields a tensile strength of 260,000 psi. They are also provisioned with a hex broach on the top of the stud enabling you to install them with the cylinder head on the car if necessary.

What is so different about these head studs?

At first glance these may appear to be similar to the other ARP and A1 Technologies head studs available on the market, but that is simply not the case. The MAP Ultimate Duty Head Studs include an additional feature known as a "dog point" (shown below) that seats the stud in the block and preloads the fastener for an accurate and repeatable torque sequence.

Our new tubular stock replacement exhaust manifold is made of high quality mandrel bent SUS304 stainless steel and electronically tig welded at all joints. Our manifold is designed to retain your factory turbo orientation. The shorter length runners help to increase spool while still allowing for big power gains up top!

Why Choose MAP Machining Services?


We utilize a Serdi seat and guide machine that provides us with some of the industry's finest valve jobs. We not only cut seats for the non performance market, but have also designed specific cutters that we use in all our modern 4 valve heads. Every head is also vacuum checked after each seat is cut to ensure that no head leaves with a poor sealing valve. We would then typically set and adjust the installed valve tip height to our specs to ensure proper valve train geometry is maintained.

We also have a resurfacing machine that provides a superior RA, or finish, on both cast and aluminum blocks and heads, which is crucial for proper head gasket sealing in modern engines. Ours uses the CBN cutters and provides a superior finish to the older, multi-cutter systems that many shops still use.

The MAP Stage 5 service improves upon our stage 3 cylinder head in several ways. We take the porting and polishing to another level through aggressive intake and exhaust work including our proprietary MAP “B” shaped exhaust port, improved bowl to seat blending including reshaping of the guide bosses, extensive reshaping and finishing of the combustion chambers, and unshrouding of the valves for improved flow. Named after the Fujita scale developed for rating tornado intensity, MAP's EF series of turbos are capable of delivering the power, performance, and pavement pounding mayhem that you would expect from that namesake. MAP turbos include our proprietary EF series billet compressor wheels, Turbosmart internal wastegate actuators and are capable of being supplied as brand new or upgrades to your existing turbo.

This upgrade service includes an upgraded compressor wheel, all applicable machine work, precision assembly and VSR balancing. It does NOT include an oil feed line, actuator or 3" turbo inlet pipe.

This turbo features upgraded thrust components with dual oiling ports for improved lubrication, upgraded thrust bearing material, and a brand new, super efficient compressor blade profile that we are confident will outperform any wheel with the same inducer/exducer dimensions. Introducing the MAP EF4, one of the biggest and baddest turbochargers ever squeezed into a stock frame housing. Capable of 650whp on E85 (500whp on 93 pump gas) this turbocharger offers incredible spool characteristics in comparison to similarly sized T3 turbochargers due to the twin scroll turbine housing, not to mention you are able to reuse your exhaust manifold / O2 housing / downpipe making this the most affordable route to 600whp as well!
