STOP TECH BRAKE PADS




StopTech now offers the same pads that they include with their balanced big brake upgrades as OEM replacement pads for your stock calipers. StopTech Performance pads are a great option for those that are looking for a good all around street pad that may see limited track time. Designed with a higher heat tolerance and temperature range, the StopTech Performance pads will out perform most other OEM quality pads on the street or track. StopTech Performance pads are designed to be used on the street with very limited track use.


HAWK PERFORMANCE CERAMIC BRAKE PADS




Hawk Performance Ceramic brake pads are were developed for those enthusiasts who want to improve stopping power without the annoying side effects sometimes associated with more aggressive pads. Hawk Performance Ceramic pads are engineered with a linear friction profile for maximum performance while reducing NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) for a smoother ride and ultra-low brake dust accumulation. In addition, you can expect Hawk ceramic brake pads to provide increased pad and rotor
life and a more responsive ABS braking system. Hawk Performance Ceramic pads are intended for street use only.


HAWK HPS PERFORMANCE BRAKE PADS




Hawk HPS (High Performance Street) pads offer a tremendous improvement in braking distance over the Evo's OEM pads. Hawk's unique Ferro-Carbon formula was developed for street performance using the safety and quality of Aerospace and Motorsports severe-duty friction technology. The HPS compound offers a high coefficient of friction and can provide you 20-40% more stopping power and improved resistance to fading over Evolution's OEM replacement pads. HPS's Ferro-Carbon compound provides your Lancer Evolution increased stopping power, long-life, less dust, and reduced noise compared to other after market performance brake pads. All Hawk Performance products provide a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring products to be free of defects from manufacturer's workmanship and materials.
Hawk HPS pads are designed primarily for a daily driven Evo X but will hold up under light autocross duty as well.


HAWK HP+ PERFORMANCE BRAKE PADS




Hawk HP+ pads are made for the Evo X that gets driven to, and on the track. The HP+ offers increased friction over the HPS, at the price of a little more noise (squealing) and more dust. Brake squeal is not uncommon in the HP+ due to the higher temperatures required for their peak friction, but once warmed up, this higher operating temperature will consistently allow your Evo X to brake more quickly, with minimal fade.These pads are excellent for the occasional HPDE/track day or for the very competitive autocross racer. If your Evo will see more frequent track use, or competition-only applications, consider the Hawk Blue 9012 race compound pads.


HAWK BLUE 9012




Hawk Blue 9012 compound pads are for the dedicated race/track Evolution only. Hawk's 9012s utilize a medium/high torque and high temperature compound optimized for repeated heavy braking associated with track use.
Tracked Evos equipped with the Hawk Blues will see consistent, fade-free braking, but they do take some time to get up to temperature and will make lots of noise and dust (not that you care when you're on the track!). Blues are the #1 selling brake pad material for SCCA Club racers. THESE PADS ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.


FERODO DS2500



Ferodo DS2500 pads are for the Mitsubishi Evo X that participates in autocrosses and occasional track days. The DS2500s have 35% less compressibility than competitive products, giving it very good pedal feel and modulation characteristics. The DS2500 has an average friction level of approximately 0.50 which remains constant at any speed, and at any temperature up to 1,000°F. Evos equipped with DS2500s can expect friction levels higher than Axxis Ultimates, but lower than a true racing pad like the Hawk Blue 9012. Because these Ferodo's are such an aggressive compound, you can expect a fair amount of dust, and will require a stop or two to come up to operating temperature, so they may not be ideal for the daily driven
Evolution.


FERODO DS3000



The Ferodo DS3000 is a full race pad for dedicated track Evos that offer a very high average (0.62) coefficient of friction,
flat torque curve, and very good modulation characteristics. DS3000 is a race-only compound, and is not to be used on street
driven Evolutions


PROJECT MU STREET: Type NS





Project Mu Type NS brake pads are developed specifically for street use. Guaranteed to outperform OEM pads, Project Mu NS street pads are reliable in any weather or road conditions. NS street pads give outstanding initial stopping power that is of prime importance on the street. Made from an Asbestos-free brake compound, NS street pads also have very minimal dust and very low squeal properties.


PROJECT MU STREET SPORTS: B-Force




Project Mu B-Force Sport pads are designed to improve overall braking performance on street cars. The B-Force brake pad is developed for street and light track use where initial stopping power and resistance to fade is of prime importance. In addition to reducing brake dust and squeal, these economical long-lasting pads are designed for minimal rotor wear.


PROJECT MU STREET SPORTS: HC+




The carbon metal material in the HC+ will perform well without eating up your rotors. HC+ is the most aggressive street sport pad and can stand up to track racing and still get you home. The HC+ is Project Mu's strongest performing street pad with maximum controllability and fade resistance.


PROJECT MU CIRCUIT SPORTS: Level Max 700




The Level Max 700 is the perfect pad for those looking for an aggressive street pad that will withstand some track abuse as well. The perfect compromise of stopping power, dust and fade resistance.


PROJECT MU CIRCUIT SPORTS: Level Max 900i




Project Mu Level Max 900i pads offer ultra functionality to attack the track in your Evo. These pads are for cars that spend most of their time on the track. Stopping power is fierce and controllable at the expense of noise.


PROJECT MU CIRCUIT SPORTS: Club Racer





The CLUB RACER pad was developed using input and data from professional drivers around the world. The CLUB RACER pads feature proprietary
asbestos free Carbon Metal brake compound capable of withstanding temperatures up to 800°C / 1400°F. According to Project Mu, The CLUB RACER was developed for excellent pedal feed back and brake modulation, virtually zero brake fade, and consistent stopping power during every lap.


PROJECT MU RACING: Racing 999




Developed through practical testing in GT races, this brake pad is ideal for everything from time attack races to sprints. Racing 999 pads trade off some life compared to the 777 in exchange for stronger stopping power. These pads are for race use ONLY.

DBA ROTORS 4000 SERIES ( DISC BRAKES AUSTRALIA )





The DBA 4000 Series rotor is a mid-level brake rotor that has more than enough performance for any street driven car and will work very well on a weekend track toy or autocrosser. STOPTECH POWERSLOT CRYO TREATED ROTORS



Improve the performance and extend the life of your StopTech Power Slot rotors with the Cryo option. This one-time cryogenic treatment is a computer controlled process where the metal is cooled gradually to -300 degrees Fahrenheit and then slowly returned to room temperature and heat cycled as the final step. Although not apparent to the naked eye, the improvements to the rotor are significant. The cryogenic treatment process redistributes residual stress in the rotor giving it an extra level of protection against warping. Only new StopTech Power Slot rotors can be Cryo treated. Please only choose the Cryo option if you are purchasing a new set of rotors.


STOPTECH CRYO ROTORS





StopTech Cryo-Stop rotors for the 2008-2012 Mitsubishi Evolution X are a cryogenically treated, smooth faced, premium rotor casting. They use the same premium rotor castings as a StopTech Powerslot slotted rotor but do not have the slots machined into them to help reduce costs. This rotor option is meant to offer a bridge the performance and price gap between basic replacement rotors and slotted performance rotors.
StopTech Cryo-Stop rotors are not designed or intended to outperform their slotted counterparts. Cryo-Stops are will outperform and outlast OEM replacements because they are a cryogenically treated, premium rotor casting. Cryogenic treatment is a one-time process in which the rotor is quickly cooled to -300°F and then slowly brought back to ambient temperature. StopTech’s cryogenic treatment process permanently changes metallurgy, resulting in a denser, stronger rotor able to withstand substantial braking forces for long periods of time; up to three times as long as an untreated equivalent rotor.
In addition to the cryogenic treatment Cryo-Stop rotors have an electrostatically applied finish designed to withstand 400 hours of saltwater exposure without rusting. This electrocoating (E-coating) finish, provides long lasting corrosion protection in the critical hat and cooling vane areas. So now your rotor will not only perform for a longer time, but they will look good longer too.

TECHNA-FIT BRAKE LINES





Techna-Fit stainless steel brake lines are assembled in their facility to D.O.T. Certification. The Techna-Fit stainless steel brake line kit for the 08+ Evolution X includes all four lines with all the necessary fittings and brackets for a bolt-on installation.


GOODRIDGE BRAKE LINES




One of the best known names in the stainless steel brake line industry, Goodridge brake lines are designed, not only to US DOT standards, but to the extremely strict German TUV specifications. All Goodridge stainless steel brake lines must undergo a nine-point quality inspection including being tested to 3000 psi prior to release. The Goodridge four-piece stainless steel brake line kit for the 08+ Evolution includes all the necessary fittings, brackets and hardware for a direct bolt-on installation and are backed by Goodridge's unbeatable 'Forever Guarantee'.



STOPTECH BRAKE LINES



StopTech stainless steel brake lines are a great upgrade for your Evolution. The stock Evo rubber brake lines flex, slowing down response, and performance. StopTech stainless steel brake lines do not flex, and will provide a quicker, and more firm pedal response. StopTech uses a Teflon inner line that resists pressure, and will not degrade due to exposure to brake fluid. StopTech stainless steel lines also feature a clear abrasion resistant cover for protection against chaffing. StopTech stainless steel brake lines for the 08+ Evo X are sold as a pair for the front and a pair for the rear.


MOTUL DOT 3 & 4 Brake Fluid




Motul DOT 3 & 4 brake fluid is a great alternative to their RBF and DOT 5.1 series fluids. It is a great all around brake fluid and is designed to be used on anything from a daily driven commuter to a weekend racer. It has a slightly lower boiling point than their others at 245C/ 473F dry and 158C / 316F wet.


MOTUL DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid




Motul DOT 5.1 Brake fluid was specifically designed to be used on vehicles equipped with ABS(Anti-locking Brake System). With a Dry boiling point of 272C / 522F and wet at 185C / 365F the DOT 5.1 remains superior to DOT 3 & 4 fluids. Price is for .5/liter.


MOTUL RBF 600 Brake Fluid




Motul RBF 600 is 100% synthetic DOT 4 fluid for hydraulic-actuated brake and clutch systems. With it's elevated boiling point of 312C / 593F, Motul is specifically designed to resist the high temperatures of racing brakes and clutch systems. Price is for .5/liter.


MOTUL RBF 660 Brake Fluid




Motul RBF 660 is 100% synthetic DOT 4 fluid for hydraulic-actuated brake and clutch systems. With it's elevated boiling point of 325C / 617F, Motul is specifically designed to resist the high temperatures of racing brakes and clutch systems. Price is for .5/liter.


STOPTECH BRAKE FLUID




Brake fluid is possibly the single most neglected component of the automobile. Most high performance drivers check their tire pressures and change their engine oil at frequent intervals, but neglect to change their brake fluid or consider a performance fluid in general. Available in STR-600 and STR-660 formulations for high performance street and racing applications respectively, the new Stoptech DOT 4 brake fluid is engineered to optimize brake system performance at high operating temperatures. It guards against boiling and subsequent loss of efficiency at severe racing temperatures while maintaining safe performance levels on the street and offering increased life between fluid changes. Stoptech Brake Fluid comes bottled in a special metal container that is not only more durable, but also gives the fluid up to 25 percent longer shelf life than typical plastic bottles provide.
