ETS EVO X Product Lineup - Intercooler, UICP/LICP, Intake Kit and Exhaust System!

We just finished our first round of EVO X modifications and all of these parts are ready to go! Let us know your thoughts

Check out the full EVO X lineup to date on our website here - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/M...303/index.html

Kicking it off is the ETS EVO X MAF Intake System. A huge 5" inlet K+N air filter feeds the intake pipe via the ETS EVO X MAF adapter which is milled on the ETS lathe for the perfect transition to the inlet diameter of the MAF sensor tube. With a built in dowel pin and precise inner diameter to make a 100% seal with the rubber grommet, this piece installs and fits as if it had a Mitsubishi part number. The system is then braced to the chassis with an aluminum bracket to ensure no movement or vibration. A single-piece mandrel bent 3" intake pipe makes the connection between the MAF and turbo with a smooth transition recirculation fitting for an easy connection to the BOV discharge.

The ETS EVO X intercooler piping kit is next in line and is a very cool modular package. The upper intercooler piping starts with a smooth mandrel bent 2.5" stock turbo outlet pipe which connects to the remainder of the hot side piping. The stock turbo outlet pipe is separate to allow it to be swapped out with the installation of our EVO X turbo kit to come so that the remainder of the upper piping can be retained. This ensures that you never have to "upgrade an upgrade" and spend more money on a new upper pipe when it comes time for a turbo kit Making the connection from the turbo outlet pipe to the intercooler is a single-piece mandrel bent 2.5" upper intercooler pipe. From the intercooler outlet the 2.5" mandrel bent piping continues around the core support, with only two gradual radius bends in its entire length, to the lower intercooler pipe bracket before making a straight shot to the throttle body. ETS 4-ply silicone and 100% SS T-bolt clamps are included for every connection to ensure that blown off intercooler piping stays a thing of the past.

The obvious tie-in between the UICP and LICP is the ETS EVO X Intercooler. Making certain to hold this unit to the standard of our EVO VIII/IX intercoolers, this unit is a tour de force in efficiency, distribution and flow. The factory inlet and out locations allow for the inlet and outlet to be at diagonally opposing corners of the core. This provides the best possible airflow distribution through the core's height making sure that all charge rows are used effectively. The AutoCAD drawn endtanks are as smooth as on our previous EVO intercooler with aluminum metal forming that looks more like artwork than endtank. Between the tanks is any one of our sizing options with 3", 3.5" or 4" intercoolers as BOLT-ON designs behind the factory crash beam and above the factory undertray The intercooler is available separately or in a complete kit with UICP and LICP included and black anodizing, ETS stenciled logo, polishing and other options are all available!

The complete intercooler kit!

Last in the lineup....for now but definitely one of the standouts, is the ETS EVO X Exhaust System. Building on features that we feel offer the absolute best possible performance, aesthetics, fitment, personalized exhaust tip options for your own custom look and the value you've come to expect from ETS, this system is ready to grow with your EVO X from stock to 700whp! Choose our 3.5" mid-section and the system will be prepared to flow up to 850whp without restriction!

This all stainless steel cat-back starts with a dead straight 3" section, which makes a super smooth transition shortly thereafter into dual 2.5" pipes. With surface area of dual 2.5" piping working out to 9.81 square inches and single 3.5" diameter piping equating to 9.6 square inches, this system will FLOW! With just absolute minimum bend angles (20 degree bend angle average) in each identical side of the system we continue the maximum flow design. Inline at each side are gorgeous fully polished stainless steel Aero-Turbine mufflers that are awesome muffler technology in their own right (see http://www.aeroexhaust.com/aero_perf..._exhaust.html). Finishing off the system with the look that YOU prefer is four separate exhaust tip options available on any system! The options include 4" straight cut polished stainless steel tips, 4" polished stainless steel slash cut tips, single 4" oval exhaust tips @ wide diameter, or dual 2.25" straight cut polished stainless steel tips at each side.

Our dual system is 12lbs. lighter than the stock system. We haven't yet built a single system but do have plans for that very soon!

We won't be doing any dyno time for the simple bolt-ons, but for the turbo kit we'll have our dyno up and running
