New EVO X MB11 aluminum block
I Recently read an article in "Car And Driver", witch said that the new Evolution X will no longer be using the 4G63 motor any longer and that they have changed to the MB11. I was disappointed that they are no longer going to use a very successful motor that they have been using since day one, on top of this the article says that the MB11 motor will have an aluminum block instead of cast-iron. Even though the motor will now be 27.5 pounds lighter then the 4G63. What I am worried about is the aluminum because it can't take alot of heat or it will warp and too much cold could crack. There may be problems that you won’t be able to push the Evo X as hard as you could with previous Evo's with out damaging the motor. IM worried an aluminum block could cause many problems.

Holy F'ing Christ, dont just post any random facts you find..
This has already been discussed here multiple times..
All you have to do is just read a couple of threads to SEE that.
