New Mitsubishi Models2015

So a couple months ago I work at the Mitsubishi dealer as the evo specialist in NJ my boss had told everyone about the new evolution diesel hybrid, montero and montero sport, turbo mirage, and 2 full sized sedan models that mitsubishi had bought the maxima design plan that will be coming out for 2015-2017. What do you guys think about this. I'm wanting to see what are your opinions will be.

What's the 'maxima design plan'? Do you mean Nissan Maxima?

Yes Mitsubishi has bought the Nissan Maxima Design directly from Nissan.

Maybe for a JDM car, but hopefully not here. Mitsubishi does not need to try to sell a rebadged Nissan as a car of their own. In Japan they sell the Nissan Fuga/Infiniti M as a Mitsubishi, so I could see them sharing another car since Mitsu doesn't have one in their line up. I just hope they don't bring it here.

As what? What are they calling it? Galant, Diamante or something else?

this ought to be interesting.

mitshu is pretty desperate for sales it seems like. correct me if im wrong, but im fairly certain the evo is pretty much keeping mitshu alive in terms of their automotive line. and weren't they also contemplating on leaving the US market space?

The Evo is a drop in the bucket in terms of sales.

Mitsu sells Outlanders and Outlander Sports more then anything else. Sales have lately been on the rebound and they are in the black.

Evolution Diesel Hybrid, i wonder if they are only going to add to the existing framework or if a whole new body/design is in the works?

The montero is supposed to make a comeback but it looks too much like the current pajero.
