Mods/HP/TQ/Log/MAP

It seems that I am getting quite a few PMs lately about my mods/map/logs, as well as questions about HP/TQ figures. I am the kind of person that doesn't mind sharing with everyone, so here goes.

HKS 264in/272ex
Fidanza Cam gears set at 0/0
Walbro 255lph
Sard 700cc injectors

TXS downpipe
TXS cat delete
Hyperflow I/C
RVM I/C piping

HP/TQ
As measured with the current mods on a Mustang dyno

Jon, Thank you. We should have a thread for people to post their maps and logs. What octane fuel are you running?

Nice color! did you try redoing your idle with my suggestion?

Anyway, I am going to try a TXS timing map thats a bit more aggressive which may be what you are looking for to squeeze out the few extra horses. I'll tell you how it feels once I reinput my fuel map and if its a good working map for the mods. I'll post or send it to you when I am done..

Where did you find that A-pillar for 60mm gauges and does it have a hole for the tweeter or you have to make one yourself?

I've tried posting maps in the past, but most cars seemed to have a problem with the aggressive timing I run, when I have no trouble with it whatsoever... I have recently backed off on my timing and started playing with leaner AFR's to see what effect it will have.. Definitely wouldn't want to share that without people understanding fully that its running at 12.0 AFR's or whatnot..

I have only run 93 since I have had the car. I will be doing some toying with race gas sometime early next year, as SGP will let me use their dyno. I will post an update in the future.

Thanks on the color. Not yet, but I will give a go this weekend.

I am actually trying to run a little on the conservative side, as I did run a little more agressive map in the past. I was not experiencing any knock, and my egts were low, but I don't want to rebuild a motor with only 8k miles on it due to trying to squeeeeeze a few more ponies.

And post your map instead of sending it, as I think everyone could benefit from the post.

I got the a-pillar from Lancershop.com and had to make the tweeter hole myself. I also made some tweeks to it as the a-pillar is actually an overlay that goes over your exisiting pillar. The screws provided just plain sucked, and the plastic caps that go over the screw head stick out to far. I bought some aluminum button head screws (for lack of better terminology) that I used to fasten the two together. The end result was 3 fasteners that are flat aluminum circles, with no screw slots.

Good job man, it looked so nice that I thought I can actually buy something like that
That's why I went with Craigs center panel...

Funny you should mention this, as I d/l your timing map and ran it for awhile. I did experience some slight knock (random readings of 10 to 12), but was able to tune it out. I ended up running a little lean, and had to make quite a few changes.

As for people understanding... That is why I posted a 3rd gear pull as well. I still have to hook up my map sensor, so I can log the boost readings. I have it completely wired up, but I lost my molex connector. Damn the bad luck!!!

That was actually my first choice (Craigs panel), but then I wouldn't have had a spot for my tuner. Thanks for the compliment.

I got the PLX AFR gauge to hook up to my tuner.. It'll be tucked away in my glove box with a digital AFR gauge in a pod..

I actually had thought of doing something similar to that, but I never really liked a sweeping type gauge. I also think that a digital readout gauge would clash with the defi bf series I have. Just trying to keep it fungshway
