Evoscan cable problems
ok i have searched for days with no result and have even sent in for tech support from their web site but so far have been no timely help. i have evoscan v2.6 beta16 and when i have everything unchecked except engine rpm and hit log i get an error that sais "OpenPort2 USB Cable Not Responding. Unplug your USB cable from the PC and replug this in and retry." and when i have nothing checked it sais something like maxed out memory and failed to create new datarow? I have installed the two drivers for the usb that came in the program file and made sure they are on the same prot also but still no luck.... any one have a clue what is wrong? Oh and i have the openport 1.3U usb cable.

I am having the exakt same problem but I have the 1,3 clicked and I have a 1,3U cable... any ideas?
I tried reinstalling the software but no change. Feels like the USB cable isnt detected....what drivers do I need for it to work? And where can I find them? If I go into the files in the ES folder I have x86 and x64 folders..inside are different files. Wich is it I should use? If I try the installbuttons it says that the installguide is not in the same language as the program, and it closes down
What to do ??

ok, fixed the problem. The thing was that the USB-cable ended up under "unknown units" in systemfolder... I updated/installed the drivers that way and it works jut fine now :-)
Only issue now is that when I try to see the DTCs it says " Init time out. Try turning the car off/on and try again". Dunno why it does this but I keep on checking...
