Cold start idle/stalling issues

Last night when i started up my 03 evo it started, hit around 500 rpm then stalled instantly. So I started it up again revved it a bit and let it idle again then it stalled again. The third time i did this it idles around 550 rpm and once the car warmed up a bit it idled around 900 rpm and ran fine.

Anytime I start my car now under a cold start it wants to stall. Anyone know what could be wrong? I checked all my intake piping, bov, and reset my ecu just now and im letting the car cool off completely to see if it fixed it.

Any help would be greatly appreciate I did some searching and a few people said it could be the IAC or MAF but im not sure how to check if it might be either of those.

Anyone?? I tried searching but with no avail, I see similar problems but not exactly. Car runs fine beside from the sketchy idle even after warmed up and the cold start is the worst.

So if you keep revving it, won't stall? Def sounds like an IAC is the problem if it clears up when warm.

How many miles on your '03?

80,000ish miles, Yea if i rev it when i start it and go it wont stall, but if i rev it and then just let it go back to idle again it will stall. It clears somewhat when it warms up but it still is pretty erratic but pretty close to normal
