Just put a fresh 2.4l build in my 03 evo. I took it out for a drive and realized that there was no power, the boost was only making noise, and my AEM boost gauge just shows the three --- things on the gauge. Very stuck here, please help. I have a forge type RS bov and a hallman MBC. I dont know if my wastegate actuator is stuck open or not. Please halp!!!!

put pressure and see if the wastegate actuator opens, should be 8-12lbs if stock
