Can someone please help me build a turbo?

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer oz rally Auto and I want to build a turbo kit. Currently I have a 2.25 custom exhaust catback, rrm headers, rrm piggyback, k and n short ram, and rrm pulley. RRM has a niice 4200 turbo kit I just cant afford it. I really want a 16g turbo kit and I wouldnt be installing the turbo myself but I would like to buy all the parts and pick them out. COuld someone help make me a list of the parts I would need to buy and look into to make a turbo kit. I know the main components (intercooler, turbo, downpipe) I want details. Like do I need a new fuel pump or throttle body etc.
