What made you decide to go with the X turbo as opposed to the RA since you are only running 7lbs. I havent seen anyone with the X on a 2.4 yet. I thought about it but I liked the early spool of the td04 on my car. This winter my Lancer and my wifes TC will both be paid off, I think im gonna start working on the internals so I can raise the boost and feel comfortable about it, haha.

Just in case I want to raise the boost and mod the internals, I will not have to change the turbo.

Any plans for the clutch? My OEM clutch went kaboom within a month, lol. I know a few people with this setup and out of everyone Ive ever talked to with a boosted Lancer I am the only one that has ran into transmission issues. I upgraded to a SPEC stage 3+, but now im having issues with gear changes which I think it may be the master cylinder failing(fingers crossed) haha.

If you install everything yourself, around $2000 w/o catback and w/o the shipping charges of all the parts.

It is, it's a cool project and it's fun to do. You have to read a lot and you have to be ready. Make sure you don't forget anything.

Question Lovely

I wish I was more mechanicly inclined, else I would do the same build. Only thing it would be a 2.4L GTS. RRM has their Turbo kit for the GTS but it's $4200 without shipping. Anyone else thinks that's a bit price? But I was wondering if the Tsudo exhaust can handle the back pressure of a turbo'd car?
