I was checking this dvd player out. It is awesome. It has touch screen and tv tuner built in. In the store loved, I loved it. Has anybody seen one in a car and heard the quality with stock speakers or have any feelings about all in one dvd players. I am pretty interested in this specific player, but it's a lot of money and want to hear some reeveiws. Thanks.

Got a link or pic? I'm pretty sure I saw one of them Friday when Ben and I were down at ILP. Damn nice setup, cept there's no display if the screen isn't out plus the screen itself changes colors randomly and is kinda distracting. Aside from that it's hot.

you can stop the colors from changing. i have the kendwood 7019 and it will scan colors or you can choose the one you want it to stay on. so im guessing that the excelon would be the same way.

yes, the one we saw on the WRX was the kenwood Excelon. it does look very nice, screen is big and bright. the only problem i have with it is the operating system. we acutally had to sit there and watch the screen reboot, it took about 2 minutes. cool stuff tho, if i could afford it, i'd have it. oh ya, it also doesn't have any type of detachable face.

the big problem with the flip-out face tv screens, and in fact all tv screens in general for cars, is that all of them appear to be impossible to remove for security
