Cool *PICS* IASCA sound quality setup, full trunk.

I posted a fuzzy pic before, but here's some better ones.

Pic of the trunk as it usually sits

Pic of the trunk with the spare tire retained, and showing. (wife liked that one)

Pic of the amp and power distrobution, nice and clean.

Pic of the amp again, this time from the other side, showing off the HUGE motor on the DLS SP12

Another motor pic.

Pic of the amp just after I ripped the behringer EQ out because it has some tiny noise issues.

Pic of the trim, not yet finished, that covers the gaping hole. (soon there'll be a nice alpine h701 processor under there)

wiring is PRO-link, the distro blocks are planet audio, and the cap is a debadged Lanzar (it's pretty lol)

I did the entire install myself, (including the carbon fibre integrated CD player that is in another post just down the page) so it cost me about $200 canadian for the install, the gear was substantially more than that, even at dealer cost. At retail prices the gear would have run me over 5 grand, plus the $1200 processor that I'm getting soon.

looks great, man! question, though... no sound deadening? from what i can see you have no dynamat/second skin/etc etc (at least not on the lid). any rattling issues? or does the volume not go up high enough in the sq field to induce rattling?

havn't had any problems with the lid rattling, and the volume does go high enough to rattle most cars., there is a LOT of deadening in the doors and on the floor of the car ( 2 layers of eDead V1.se everywhere, 3 in any large flat spots) but the trunk lid hasn't needed any, probly will get some over the course of the summer. the system hits a 130 on the new Termlab mic, which means that it will create rattles if there are any to create, but none yet *fingers crossed*
