I just bought my first lancer two days ago, and it is a 2010 Lancer Sportback GTS, that doesn't come with a Packard Fosgate System, and I was contemplating about either getting an aftermarket head unit for navi, or getting an OEM navi head unit, now if I am to get an aftermarket one like this one:

would it integrate into my phone steering wheel controls?, it says that it is compatible with steering wheel controls, but i don't know about BT controls
Also, has anyone had any experience with these kinda aftermarket radios?
Or is it better to go with a known brand like Kenwood, Pioneer, Clarion, etc?
And if i do get the known brand navi system, would it integrate well with my steering wheel control, and BT controls?
lastly, would the OEM Sirius antenna work as a GPS antenna for an aftermarket head unit?
I am a bit of a noob in the Lancer world, so sorry about the long post
