2008 vs 2015
Was wondering if a SRI that fits a 2008 ES 2.0 will fit a 15. Not to sure if the MAF are in the same spot, googled it and looked on here couldn't find much. Specifically a DC Sports (can get it for free)

Same transmissions on each car then yes. A manual CAI won't fit a CVT auto. SRI's are almost always a direct swap between years and 2.0 to 2.4L I got a 2.4L 2015 and a 2.0 2008 lancer and my K7N typhoon will work on both cars.
