tool for removing crank bolt
#3
well I spent another 3 hours working on that bolt still wont budge , broke 2 6 inch heavy duty c clamps , I have a craftsman impact gun and a walmart impact gun and both wont do it , I got a buddy who is going to come over with an ingersol rand 3/4 inch drive impact gun good for 1000 ft lbs hopefully that will do the trick... Long story short it probably wasnt a crappy tool it was prolly a 20 year old seized bolt that has never been removed... The ebay vendor had me send it back to him for a refund...

Wow thats cool the ebay dude let you send it back I figured they would just say sorry. What size air line are you running? I bought a real nice craftsman professional air impact and the bolt I bought it for still gave me trouble even though the impact is rated for 710ft ibs break away torque. Found my 3/8 line was too small, I now run 1/2" and have not come across anything yet this thing wont break loose or just flat break lol.
