2014 lancer upgrades help!!!
Im getting my bonus and was looking forward to upgrading my brand new 2014 lancer GT 2.4L. I have been looking into RRM for a while and was looking to purchase some of their products..... but i have read some mixed reviews. can someone give me some insight to my purchase.
looking to buy RRM crank pulley v2, RRM magnaflo exhaust, RRM Shor Ram Intake, and RRM timing controller, and RRM GRIP Springs......
ive heard a lot of bad reviews about the crank pulley, and the SRI,
Woud a K&N typhoon SRI work better?? or RPW crank pulley?? Borla Exhaust?
I know lots of questions, just was looking to keep it all together.... give your opinions please looking to purchase next week.

I bought the crank pulley for my 2011 GTS sportback a few years ago and it does make a difference. I also did custom magna flow exhaust (axle back, dual exhaust) around the time RRM came out with there MF exhaust. I know the K&N short ram is very good with producing a bit more hp, timing controller will do what it does. I have a chip on mine and I get 160.1 whp, and 161 161.8 torque. This is before exhaust and pulley, just chipped. Once turbo'd will dyno again.

Hey man I bought a 2012 lancer gt 2.4 and I put the K&N CIA and it's just fine. Sounds good too at the higher RPM's. I just installed a cat back exhaust by Injen the other day and it sounds great! Had to do a little bit of adjustment to make it work but that goes with any aftermarket part. As for the crank pulley, I'm not sure but it shouldn't matter. Yeah it's lighter which is good but I'm sure it's just fine.
