If the dealer put regular oil as listed on the ro?
I got 4500 miles with 2 reg oil changes, do I have yo worry damage was done to turbo?
I'm changing to synthetic this weekend.
The both dealerships excuses, it comes from the factory with regular oil, are they serious?
I can't believe they put regular & I didn't notice the ro

Install it yourself. Watch tutorials on YouTube if you run across an issue.

Can anyone give any insight on the timing belt?

The dealer is recommending that I change the timing belt on my 2010 lancer. It is now 7 years old with 64K miles on it. The car is in perfect condition but they recommend the timing belt being changed as it can go at any moment. What do you guys think about this? I know it is a costly thing to replace. Also, if I do have it replaced would you recommend going to a mechanic rather than the dealer or would the job be better off being done at the dealership? THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

If you want to double check, you can get an estimate at another garage to see if they find the same issue, but I wouldn't see a reason not to go to mitsubishi unless you have a regular trusted garage you go to.
