In need of help

I have a 2002 lancer of rally and iv had a few codes pop up I'll fix one and another pops up, here's what's happening. I'll drive the car and it will stutter and have low power. I will stop restart the car and it's fine for a few minutes. It is throwing a p0300 and a p0401 codes. It has new plugs plug wires fuel pump pullies belts coil packs egr both o2 sensors. It has no vacuum leaks in have checked many times. I'm am completely lost on what my problem could be

Already replaced, I'm working on the money for a new computer I think that's the issue. Very rare but if done everything but most internal components in the motor. I know the codes but I'll fix it the two days later it'll come back. I have had it parked due to the on going misfires that magically appear and the main reason is it like to shift whenever it feels like it"Carrie" is it's new name. The thing has a mind of its own soooo now I'll give it a new brain straight from its brother in the junk yard to see if I can bring it back to life, without killing me of course. I'm no mechanic but I know enough to say that this is the computer malfunctioning I'll let you know if it is the problem within a week or two
