I don't know about cams but secondhand EVO injectors should be a good upgrade. If you're confident in yourself you can do your own tuning, search evoscan and ecuflash on here. Otherwise you will need to find a local tuning shop. Fuel pump will be easy enough. I'm not much help for where to buy cause I'm from New Zealand. Search for build threads on here and you might find some more ideas for modifying.

Don't get evo injectors, wrong impedence. Ours are High Imp, like 13 ohms. Good replacement is Subaru 440cc, of 565cc top fed
Don't spend too much on intake/headers if you plan to go turbo, because it all sits in a pile in your garage. Read througheveryones turbo threads, and get an idea what's involved. Use ecuflash to tune, but you wont see big gains when N/A.

I have 2.5, but I'm turbo. It is the standard though, as far as what I typically see being sold. Don't expect much of a horsepower change, just noisier exhaust. It is a really pretty note imo, but I wouldn't have gotten exhaust unless I had been going turbo for the extra flow.
