Deyeme Racing Motor Mount Rear Install Guide and Review
Ok the front is rather easy so I wont delve into it again but the rear is a bit difficult so here goes.
Jack the car up
Take off the intake parts closest to the firewall first.
List of tools for the rear
17mm combination wrench
14mm combination wrench
3/8 drive rachet
14mm regular socket (9/16 works also)
14mm deep socket (9/16 works also)
Engine mount pictured the way it sits in the car.
Number one bolt comes out with the 14mm combination
Number two bolt comes out with the 14mm combination, this one is tedious as there is very limited room to swing the wrench.
Number 3 comes out with the 14mm socket either one will do
Number 4 comes out with the deep 14mm socket (or 9/16)
Number 5 needs the 14mm wrench and 14mm regular socket. Wrench goes on the right side position it so it is braced against something and the socket goes on the other and the socket is what you want to turn cuz there isnt enough room to get enough force on the wrench. Ok now the mount is free but there is no way to get it out. Next post.

This is the bracket on the back of the engine/transmission. There are 3 bolts holding this thing on all of them 17mm. I removed them all with the 17mm combination wrench. 1 and 2 are extremely difficult to turn because of limited space and you are in an awkward position they are just as bad as the tough ones on the catalytic converter. Number 3 is where the white circle is on the first pic and on the pic after this post. It has to be last because it is longer that the room you have between the bracket and the rear mount. Pull the pieces out one at a time out the top of the engine bay where you removed the intake parts that are in the way, they wont come out together.

Installation is just the opposite of what you just did. A little heads up though. Rear mount goes in first don’t put any bolts in yet. Bracket is next and start all 3 bolts on it. Do not tighten them! Bolt 5 from the mount is next, do not tighten it, it may take some playing around to get it through and that is why nothing is tight. Start the other four bolts on the mount, do not tighten as you may need to play around to get them all started. Bolts 2 and 4 on the mount are a real pain in the *** to get started. Now you can finally tighten everything up. And you are done!
This took like all the strength I had to turn some of those bolts, so if you are not very strong get someone who is. Also this is a bona fide pain in the *** so you need a lot of patience. Good luck.
Review to follow in the next few days so I can write an accurate one.
