Part Available For: Lancer Evolution, Lancer Ralliart,OZ,LS and ES @ www.roadracemotorsports.com
Car used: Lancer ES
Install Time: 3-5min.
Difficulty: Very Easy
Tools: Precision [mini] Phillips 2.4x75mm, Stubby [short handle] Phillips 1 1/2"
Tools needed...
1] First you'll need to take off the two main screws at the top of the cubby hole [see image below] with the stubby phillips screw driver.
2] after doing so you will see that the face of the cubby hole has seperating lines from the rest of the dash board. hold firmly onto that portion of the console and pull out the whole thing.
3] After getting the cubby hole portion out flip it backwards and you'll see 4 precision[mini] screws on each corner of the cubby hole. Use your 2.4x75mm precision screw driver to take out all four screws.
4] After doing so you can now take apart the box portion of the cubby hole away from the face of the cubby hole. [see image below]
5] Now that you have both pieces seperated you'll see that the box portion has an indentation where the face would normally sit in. Put your CF COVER in that indented area. The fitment should be perfectly snug and wont fall out. [see image below]
6] After doing so put everything back together by going through steps 4 to 1 and your cubby hole should look like this.
