You have an OZ.
Mirage parts fit on ES models.

If you don't want to redrill, then you're SOL. Period.

then what's this I hear about the RA rotors being used on the OZ...something about just swapping out the hubs and going from 4 to 5 lug...i was doing some searching and reading about the rear disc conversion.

it seems like people come close but never finish or just disappear

OK, dude, you're not making any sense.

You're in the Lancer-Mirage forum asking about Ralliart swaps? No wonder you weren't happy with our answers! If you want to swap in Ralliart parts, you're in the wrong forum.

It's not about being happy...I figured if we are talking about rear brakes and swapping things out we address the issue completely rather than having to search 5 different incomplete threads that have people who start the project and never finish it.

what part doesn't make any sense?

This is the Mirage-Lancer forum.

If you want to talk about Ralliart brake swaps, go to the wheels/suspension/brakes forum (that'd be about 3 forums down on the list).

ok, so then lemme see if I can figure this out. I've got an ES, obviously therefore 4x100 bolt pattern, will any mitsu rear discs work on my car? This would be about the last mod done to my car, only to make it look more uniform than rear drums and front discs, I don't want big brakes, I just want working ones that don't look crappy. Is RPW my only option or is there another 4x100 mitsu rear disc(and all the other stuff I can source for this? I just wanna know in case I ever decide to do this, and also because it's just interesting stuff(what can be done to the car in general, that is).

Coolness, thanks for clearing that up. Anywho, after some looking, I've found some info for us ES drivers. Summit racing sells Powerslot rear discs for the 4x100mm mirage, which are 9.290 in in diameter. I'm not sure what the stock Lancer front disc diameter is, but I think looks-wise they'd be failry similiar in size. The Summit part number is: PSR-728PS(R/L for Right/Left), they sell for 79.95+s&h. I didn't really look for front rotors, since RRM and Summit both sell the Powerslot fronts for Lancers. Mitsubishi Auto Body Part Store also sells them for $70.95, but doesn't say which are definately 4x100, which could lead to ordering problems. They also sell brake calipers for that size of disc brake. I couldn't go to the how-to on using 2G Eclipse brakes, it kept saying "cannot find server" so I'm not sure what else is required.

So last weekend I got done swapping the brakes over to 2g eclipse GSX calipers with stainless steel lines, '92 Galant vr4 rotors and 3000gt vr4 master cylinder

Also replace the rear lines with GSX SS lines

I Just like say that i love the new brakes.
And with the SS lines it feels very firm.
Pads squeal a little bit but thats agreeable for performance.

Yes i have 4x100 but if your car has 4x114 then there is no need to redrill like i had to. Make sure rotor is 276mm and don't trust Partsamerica aka shucks, kragen, checker for the part #.
For the calipers, just make sure that it's from a 2g GSX and that it has the bracket to go with it. Also make sure the caliper is the one with banjo bolts and not the other screw on(not sure what its called) .
Yes it should be a complete bolt on for 02+ Lancers. No issues with using GSX lines up front, maybe its a lil bit longer and in the rear is short.
Right now I'm experimenting with the rear to make sure nothing goes haywire.

Not sure if the 3000gt brake master cylinder fits 02+ lancer. The difference is 3000gt (SL w/ABS or VR-4) is bore is 1 1/16" while the mirage bore is 1". Only slight problem was one of the hard lines it touching the reservoir so i just bent the line a lil bit.

I bought my calipers from car-parts.com. Forget where i got the rotors but make sure its for '92 Galant VR4 turbo. Hawk HPS pads and SS lines for GSX off ebay.

Here is my complete list with part numbers:
2g Eclipse GSX front calipers
Speed Bleeder SB7100
Hawks HPS pads HWKHB214F618
Goodridge SS brake line 26025
DBA 4402 rotors
3000GT VR4 master cylinder
ATE Super Blue brake fluid
G2 black caliper paint

This was my drilling process using 15/32" drill bit
Rotors didn't fit at first but a few minutes using a filer solved that.
