What about these Pirelli tires?

So I was thinking of replacing all four tires with these... what do you guys think?

A good buddy of mine runs the P-Zeros as winter tires when he swaps out the summer R Compounds on his STi (we get snow here). He loves them, but do remember we're dealing with a AWD setup vs. the FWD Lancer. I put Toyo T1Rs on as my summer tires on my '08 GTS, and love them so far (about 1500 miles). The brutal wet understeer found with the stock Dunlops is reduced significantly. One word of caution: T1Rs are under no circumstances a safe tire for snow. Shouldn't be a problem in CA, but just wanted to throw that out there.

Yeah the dunlops in rain really suck. Too much understeer. Well we'll see tomorrow, I bought these.

So I got these tires put in today and so far I can say that I really recommend it. The comfort is great on these and so far I feel the grip.

I've put 8k on mine and they are a great improvement over the stock D 5000's or what ever for the price!!! I did a 2000 mile trip and they are quiet and I have no complaints for the price. also consider i can maintain 90 mph in heavy rain no problem. I had my works springs and sway bar before i swapped the tires, it was a night and day difference between the tires in all aspects. I would suggest them to anyone.

and on another note i want the HKS Exhaust!!!
anyone know how much?
