Eibach sportline lowering springs

Just ordered a set of these. As far as i can tell they are a decent product that will give a nice ride and cool stance!
Do you guys think i should replace all of my stock shocks while I'm at it? Im at 82,000kms
Should i just get a replacement shock? Or some type of special one that can handle the lower ride?

Get a shock meant for the drop. I run Tokico D-Specs on my Chevy Cavalier and love em...dont know if they make them for the lancer tho.......

Also, Tokico does NOT make A/M or OEM Mitsubishi parts.

If you have the money, go for it. But me, I'd just install them on the OEM shocks and see how that goes. Who knows, by the time they blow out you might be wanting to upgrade to coilovers.

Yeah good call, I'm just going to install them with the OEM shocks. I'll post before and after pics if anyone is interested, like no one has posted any before lol
That is whenever they get here, ordered them online!

I see that people are recommending to cut the bump stops.
How much do you cut off, and do you cut from the top or the bottom of the bump stop?

So my springs came with new bump stops for the front of the car. I've never done this before so I was wondering if they just easily replace the oem ones? Or if theres anything i would need to know before i get the whole assembly apart.
Seems like a easy install, can't wait to get em in!

I am using the factory bump stops. No problems with them.

Finally received my springs! Installation was easy, took me and a buddy a lil over a hour (with power tools)
The kit came with new bump stops for the front, and the rear stayed with the factory ones. I left the factory shocks in, they will be replaced when i think they need it. The car now handles much better and has way less body roll. Most of all looks way cool! lol
The rear dropped 1 3/4 inches, forgot to measure the front but I would assume about 2.5
Thats a little bit more drop than they claimed, and after driving for a while i think it might settle a little bit more. Anyone else get this much drop?
