check the mirage compatability section. i think i remember reading something about lsd for the mirage fitting the lancer and theyre a bit cheaper but i'm not positive. otherwise rrm has one for a grand but you prolly already know that.
i've never driven a front wheel drive car with an limited slip. but i've driven some rear wheel drive cars that had an open diff and limited slips. my miata has a limited slip and they're is a huge difference to a rear wheel drive car that didnt have one. there is a little more tire noise when pulling out of corners when your getting on it. but the car is an absolute blast to drive, though i've never driven a miata without a limited slip.
keep in mind cost of labor will more than likely be pretty high if your not installing it your self.

No one knows for sure if the Mirage LSD will work. If it does that would open up a good deal of possibilities. My suggestion would be to go to the Mirage forums and ask them to see if they know if their LSD will work on our car. Worth a shot, right?

Ofcourse it's not good as true LSD, but it does the job. Proper installation is a key. Alot of people put them in and either they have worst results or broken trannies.
But if you want to spend a $1000 on true lsd, than go ahead.
