4G94 Auto to Manual
I'm converting my auto to manual.
I work at my family owned mechanic shop so I will be doing the labor.
No matter what anybody says I'm still doing the swap lol so no negatively only want answers lol.
I will be buying new and used parts.
Correct me if I'm wrong
02-06 lancers are the same for engine and trans.
I'm buying a 2003 Manual Trans.
Will a 2006 flywheel fit on the 03 trans.
Any websites you guys can recommend on getting parts.
Are there any interchangeable parts I can use without problems.
When I buy a new ECU. Does It need to be updated for the manual trans if it's already a manual lancers ECU(from a 2003 already)
If anybody can help toss a comment below or send me a message.
Once again I'm going to do this no matter what if it's worth it or not Im swapping it. Money doesn't bother me when i am having fun working on projects.

02-03 lancers have a internal slave. 04-07 lancers have a external slave. The flywheels are the same as well as clutch. You'll need a manual ecu as the auto ecu you have now may throw a check engine light when some of the electronics are unplugged. I would probably opt for a 02-03 ecu because they have more definitions for them when tuning. The auto and manual roms are definitely different. The auto rom is 512kb and the manual is 256kb. Road race motorsports has a few lancer parts but if you do some homework you can find what you need.
