Just had the first service today, and the guy from there (looks like the service manager) told me they updated the ECU software with a new (1-2 days old) version.

The invoice looks like: MTI REPROGRAM ECU PER TSB 08-13-004.

I suspect he just titled it that way because he has a GTS.

PS - it's not "GT-S". It's GTS. We aren't Nissan owners.

now that i think about it, why don't the GTS lancers get a badge on the back that says GTS? Move the lancer badge to the mitsubishi side, and put GTS where the lancer was. (lol its almost 1 here and im bored and thinking out loud)

I'll call my dealer tomorrow about the update, it might be 2.4l specific.

Yeah, I know. I read every post in the 08-09 section. I was going to ignore it like normal, but I decided to finally say something.

I would like to know that too. But I got license plates that say GTS, so I can live without the badge.

well I have friends who work at a dealer here in calgary and she said there is no TSB under that number and no new flash released for our car minus the cold start issue

i bought my car a couple weeks ago and got a letter in the mail saying that i needed to bring it in early june. they're obviously updating something because my first required service is at the 7,500 mile mark. so something is definitely up.
