Need help removing some interior parts..

So I currently own a 2004 Lancer ES. I am looking to modify my interior, perhaps cf wrapping or maybe just replacing some parts. (Bought this car used, and there are dents on these parts).

I don't really know the correct term, but I'm looking for help to remove the "beige - silver-ish" parts on my interior (the radio dash & climate control dash and the "shifter dash").

Not sure what to do with them. I also don't want to damage anything. I am I supposed to just use force with a flat screwdriver and lift it from the dash? There seems like no other way to remove it
