Spark Plug and Gaping
I am just going to get some info regarding Spark plug and gaping.
Though my car runs good, I want to change my spark plugs as well as the wires, just to give me some peace of mind while I am on the road.
What spark plug should I buy? (Brand and types/model). Platinum or Iridium? I am searching at autozone and advanceauto, and the gap that comes with most plugs is 0.044 inch but the Mitsubishi Lancer LS car manual says 0.039 to 0.043 is recommended. Do I have to gap the plugs?
