Hello Guys,

My 02 Lancer ES w/ 226,666K miles has started acting strangely and I was hoping if any of you could share your infinite wisdom to help me fix it then I would be most appreciative.

Whenever I am driving and try to floor the pedal in whichever gear the car is on the engine studders and the rpm wont go up at all. Its almost as if the pedal isn't being pushed whatsoever.

Note: I have an Injen SRI

I have the following codes out there
1 - P1400 - MAP Sensor
1 - P0171 - System too lean
1 - P0134 - Front O2 Sensor
1 - P0456 - Evap leak

Side note: I've changed all the spark plugs in the last 200 miles of driving all NGK Iridium IX's.

Never heard of the above codes causing the kind of symptom I am experiencing.. It also happens to be very intermittent - doesn't always happen when driving. Leading me to think it could be a sensor somewhere.

Note: Whenever I keep the pedal pressed down lightly - not too far down - the car accelerates without issues.
