Intake and line to the PS pump

Intake and line to the PS pump
Im in the process of taking the engine out of my 03 Lancer. Im having a few issues maybe some of the more experienced could answer for me.
First issue: Intake. I have removed all the bolts top, bottom and the hidden side bolts but the intake still wont come off. What am I missing??
Second Issue: PS pump. I dont want to break anything but the top bolt painted orange on the PS pump wont come off. Is it reverse thread or something?
Third Issue: Can I remove the engine without the trans? pros and cons?

Found the answers to my first two questions but I still need help with how to remove the engine.
Can I do it without removing the transmission? Or is it better to remove it with the trans? How to I do it?
I have a stock replacement engine with 88k on it. I plan to do the timing belt, water pump and then install it. I could use any help that you guys can offer.
