Misfire , sputtering ?? help

Misfire , sputtering ?? help
i have a 2003 lancer ls
as of the past month or more my car has been sputtering, at first it was happening when the ac was on or the defrost. but it has been getting worse and worse. i changed the idle air control valve , and it didn't solve anything. It sputters really bad in reverse and when im stopped at a light or stopped in drive. my car has thrown 2 misfire codes for cylinder 4 and one for cylinder 2 . I have a donor car and i have swapped the fuel pump, the coil packs the spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body, swapped the mass air flow sensor . and i still haven't fixed the problem. it has made it a little better , but it still sputters on take off and in idle, not in park.
the problem has caused my car to boag out a bit and loose some power.
if anyone can help it would be very appreciated.

could be ignition timing, or valve timing as well...wouldn't hurt to have a peek at the timing belt.

I am not 100% sure that everything on the doner car is good, but i do know it has 10000 less km on it .
i did swap and clean the fuel injectors.
i have checked the alternator with a reader .
i'm just completely lost at this point
