2009 Mitsubishi Lancer DE ECM replacement
Hi,
I'm currently having issue with my 2009 lancer DE, which is currently not starting.
We scanned the car and got the codes p1777 & p0113
For the p0113 we saw that no EGR valve was present, so we seal the opening with a blind plate,.
Now when we try to start we still not getting the car to crank and we are not getting any codes on the scanner.
The code of p1777 say that it might be Malfunction of CVT-ECU
I am thinking to replacing the ECM with a used one, saw the part number is 1860B054 and on eBay I saw a few of these parts number on the ECM for sale
If i purchase an ecm from another lancer that is the same model and part number, do I have to get the ECM programmed or can I mount it in my car and see if it starts.
Thank you in advance
