That dealership makes thousands of dollars on every deal, and in the one instance they don't make enough profit they reneg on the auction. What a bunch of shady bastards.
If the guy had won the auction at $90k and refused to pay, you know the dealer would be suing him.
This is getting so much attention because virtually all of us have had bad dealership experiences and would like to see a dealer finally get what's coming to him, in this case, continued bad publicity until they honor the deal.

heh, no way in hell the dealership "made a mistake". They edited the auction 3 times before the auction was won/ended. With that amount of $$ involved, there no way they overlooked the no reserve.

Isn't a won eBay auction a legally binding contract between the two parties? I don't think they have a choice but to give him the car for the winning bid when this gets turned in to a legal matter. Shady business practice by the dealership.

E-bay won't do a damn thing about it either which is the sad part...they're more interested in bringing in $$$ and who brings in more, the seller or buyer? Yep, the seller (in general).

Who in their right mind defend the dealers, especially in this situation? I swear some of those trolls are actual dealer employee. The GM himself looks real scandalous too(A typical dealer GM look...I hope you all know what I mean. Also using the easter as a excuse to get away from this...laaaaaaame)
