Jacks Transmission upgrade, worth it?

All-right got the car back last week. I've had a chance to clean it up and take it out a few times. Its running nicely. Shifting perfectly and overall the car seems to be running better.
Now the breakdown: The whole process took about 3 weeks. Remember I had to ship the car from Va Beach to Colorado so that took 2 weeks. (Great job Montway, they arranged all the shipping) Following the Jacks reps status updates ,as I had many questions, they had the trans out of the car in a day, cleaned /rebuilt the next day and testing / tuning done on day three. (Jacks Transmissions did a fantastic job, would highly recommend them to anyone)
OK, Cost! Ouch, but not nearly as much as the Mitsubishi dealer wanted(about 14k). The shipping cost me about 1750$, the trans rebuild with OEM clutch pack 2100 (I'm rounding here and my MR is all stock - no Mods), new clutch/torque damper assy (it was showing signs of failure) 2025$, labor to remove and reinstall trans 990$ and finally Diaqueen (they haven't yet found a alternative for it, but working on it) 308$. So overall it was about half price compared to dealer and I have a better warranty than the dealer was going to give me, even with a brand new transmission from Japan.

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with their Jack's Transmissions rebuilt/upgrade? I've seen some mixed reviews of Jack's but I'm not sure if those are stemming from that one person that had an issue and had his friends bash Jack's.
