SST Valve Body Testing

I have been participating in a Beta test for Kris at SSP. They have been trying to increase line pressure SAFELY. It is a modification of the TCU in order to allow the SST to make more than 450+ftlbs/Tq. I have noticed a increased shifting response; in the form of positive engagement. The car still shift fine in normal and sport modes. In s-sport is when the modification becomes apparent. It isnt jerky but you can feel the car shift. My Car was last dyno'd at 400whp 380 ftlbs before any modifications. I will be conducting some more testing for SSP shortly. I will also be trying to get back on the dyno for the next test.

The pressure has been increased to 16.5 bar(peak) Attached is an image of my log that was taken tonight.

I hope this will drive the MR community to start making large numbers! There is light at the end of the tunnel

Sorry haven't had the chance to log the car in awhile.(was my daily) Curently waiting to have some time off of work to make some more modifications to see where the pressure is at. Couple more weeks and should be back on track.

That data log shows normal pressures that the SST will attain after a slip, which is at 304rpm at the start of the posted log.

The start of this log is at 6488 for rpm not 304 where you speaking to the clutch slip column?

Yes, I was referring to the clutch slip column, since the car never even runs at 304rpm. The transmission will ramp pressure up to 16500 mbar if the slip event is severe enough. 304 rpm of slip during a pull is definitely past the acceptable window. The rest of the pressures in the log actually look low, which is likely the reason for the slip.
