thanks for posting this, you might make it known to those with the evo x hood that their cable latch may become damaged from using the new hood, and seeing that the new hood isnt under warranty neither would the cable latch.

this may help me save having to pay for .9hr of labor at the dealer and whatever they "say" the part cost.
