Sunoco Ultra 94 ???
I live in NYC and normally go out to NJ to visit my girl. I usually try to fill-up gas in NJ since its much cheaper out there.
anyways, I found Ultra 94 there for $3.09 a gallon and got me a full tank then added a gallon of Toluene when I got home.
What my question for this thread is why doesnt NY get Ultra 94??? I remember a few years back we used to but now no more???

what tha?...this is the second thread he opened asking the same thing.
They did it b/c 94 contained MBTE which was bad for the environment, not b/c of sales.
MBTE has contaminated quite a bit of water sources, and ethanol (which is what they now use and they probably haven't been able to get the cost down to make 94) is what replaces it.

If I had to guess the reason NY does not have it is because most people there just walk or use some type of city transit don't they? I know most of the cabs probably would not run it. Although I am not sure once you got away from the big cities why they would not have it. Not really sure. Oh well just my .02$
