So i was looking at the etown raceway site and i c that the shootout is gonna b 3 hrs long right in between the ford and chevy shootout. is this true and is anyone still going? if so it sounds like everyone will get one run and thats it.

That's what it looks like. They have to squeeze in the Evo vs Wrx, Evo Vs SRT-4, and the regular scheduled event of fords and chevy's. But since I have the raincheck on the tickets, I will be attending

yeah i think the nopi finals are happening the same day in ohio though. I wonder if any of the big guys are going to englishtown or norwalk. It wont be the same without them.

all the shop evos are gonna be in Norwalk saturday...the only one that might be at e-town would be turbotrix. buschur, ams, dynoflash, pruven...all gonna be in Norwalk

Just an update if you were part of the car show only las time your pass will not be valid as rainchecks. They told me that the car show compleated last time and you will need to pay agian however racing and spectator passes will be honored for tomorrow. Just som FYI.
