1992 Mitsubishi Evolution 1 GSR w/ Rally Prep in Mint Cond WTT/WTS
Sold.
(Located in Issaquah, Washington)
Changes since last posted: Radiator cooling plate removed. Fog lights removed. New clutch, new fluids, runs smooth. Still has old rear diff gravel settings (grips hard on streets, reccomend taking to the shop to adjust clutch plate if used on street).
Update: Dropping the price to 15,800 w/ out coils. 16,800 with. Making a real effort to unload the car before I'm gone.
(Price dropped to 16,800 w/ out coilovers. With coilovers: 17,800 (OBO). KYB Gravel Rally Struts/springs still included)
1992 Mitsubishi Evolution 1 GSR (Yes, the real deal.. imported over from Japan. All modification list/miles on parts is listed below pics) in Aspen White Color. Only reason for selling is I'm about to leave on a 6-year stint w/ the Navy (if it doesn't sell by March 24th, it's going in to storage) and it's somewhat impractical for me to store it for that long, and I want it to go to a good home. Note: the price being asked is far less then I've already put into services, modifications, & paint. I may be willing to haggle on price if I drop some parts or you give me fantastic fellatio!
I will be changing the rear LSD settings here soon to grab less to make it more tarmac friendly. Currently set for Gravel.
I will entertain trades of 04+ STi's... assuming their condition is good and a re-sale price is on par with what I'm asking for the evo. I have a bag full of receipts I can provide for services, work done, etc.
Comes with everything listed in the modifications table. Compression is even and high, leak down tests came out flawless, and engine runs beautifully. Car was recently painted black interior and Aspen White exterior. It was sanded down, 2 coats of primer, & 2 coats of poly-u paint with an additional clear on top... very tough paint, and was done well. As the mod list says, it also included 3 sets of wheels & tires (street, winter, gravel)... and another set of bomber-proof gravel rally struts/suspension (recently refreshed).
Modifications:
Lancer Evolution GSR CD-9A (October, 1992)
Engine (evo 3)
Transmission
Suspension
Differential Gear
Exhaust system & Air cleaner
Clutch
Brakes
Rally Gear
Interior
Others

Bumping it up for another run at the money. We'll see if I can get it sold for this price. Already losing quite a bit of money on my "investment".... but alas that's how these car deals work

nice car, can the car be registered? How many events in has it entered? Was the conversion done here or in Asia? Used to have a Group A spec'ed E39A set up for tarmac, full HKS equipped.

Car is titled & insured. It's only gone through 2 light rally-crosses... not stage rally mind you... and it wasn't beat down by any means. The Shop where most of the major work done was in by "ALEX" in Japan.
