why wouldnt you just get a CF seat from recaro or sparco. This seat doesnt even look like it would pass regs.

Why wouldn't it pass regs? This finish isn't for everyone, you are paying for the look which is by far the best out of any that I've seen. Unfortunately I'm selling because I have a IS350 now and it has optional heated/cooled seats with memory option which I would rather have at this point of my life now with my commute to work. Hence the seats being on sale and soon all my parts/car once I get around to having spare time.
