2016 Mitsubishi outlander sport 2.4 SEL upgrades
Hey I'm new here and I'm about to buy myself a 2016 outlander sport. I was wondering if anyone could help me find any upgrades like, sway bars, intake, exhaust, springs, shocks, brake pads and rotors?
Thanks
Thanks

You have no idea what your talking about. I own a evo x and its cool ans all and my moms 2014 outlander sport handles great and keeps up with the frs, 350is and m3 going down hill on the canyons. It's a fun car

roadracemotorsports.com has some performance parts for the OS; I bought the air intake and I'm very happy with it, I plan on getting the aluminum pulley from them next. Most things for the Lancer will work on the OS, you just need to double check the details. A couple people here including me used a strut brace from the Lancer GTS or Ralliart, a 2009 Ralliart bar fit just fine on my 2015 OS. I also recommend joining the OS facebook group as it is more active then this section of the forums.

I have the Outlander (not the OS) but also have the 2.4.
I've installed the aluminum pulley and timing controller from roadracemotorsports.
They are a noticeable improvement in performance. Brakes can simply get better with some slotted (not drilled) rotors and some better pads.
I also run lighter ASA wheels in the warmer months with Dunlop SP Sports in the 245 width.
I did fabricate a custom strut bar for the Outlander, but others like the poster above are using the lancer bar. I prefer a solid bar, but to each their own.
I did work with Rob at RRM on the MAF boss for the intakes. If you get one, just make sure you select the correct year for it. The boss on the older ones are machined different. Personally, the intake doesn't do much, and I run the stock box on my 16 Outlander. Pulley, timing controller and exhaust will get you more performance, as well as using the paddle shifters VS. letting the CVT do it's thing.
