I am not a fan of the ~500whp stock frame options (due to their late spool). Since you say you do not mind paying for the best, I would suggest a Full Race kit with an EFR 8374 http://www.full-race.com/store/efr-t...rbo-kit-2.html
It will get you to 500whp no problem, and even have more on the table if you ever decide you want to turn the boost up.

We deal a fair amount with people and one thing I noticed (myself included) is whatever your goal now is...will always go up once you get used to the power. If your goal now is 450 or 500 you can be pretty sure your going to want more down the road. The turbo kits leave that open. All you would have to do is swap the 5858 out for a 6062 or a 6266 and it will do it (or set it up for flex fuel and pour some E85 in it ). The 5858 will make full boost around early to middle 4000 mark and pull all the way to 8k. At 500WHP it should last quite a while since the 5858 won't be murdering your stock rods with low RPM torque.

Yea, I wish there was a better option between 7163 and 8374, but the dyno charts I have seen for the 7670 have convinced me its better to just jump to the 8374.
I keep waiting to see if BW makes a new mixed flow 7670, but so far nothing. Maybe next year.
sgtslotr boost resource is making a cast hotside for the Evo X that uses EFR cores

Should be a great compromise between stock frame and full turbo kit.

I would say anything north of Olympia would qualify as northend in my mind. Would be nice to see an Olympic Peninsula day drive or even a scheduled evo day out at The Ridge Motorsports park.
Anyone need tail lights? 2008 red housing evo x
I have these in my garage taking space. Trying to offload for 100$ of a good offer of money. Don't need more stuff in my life.
